From Forgotten to Fully Booked

This one was a labor of love — and the numbers show it.

We came into a two-bedroom, two-bath home that hadn't been touched in nearly four decades. Dark, dated, and tired, it had good potential buried under years of neglect. Working closely with the homeowners, we mapped out a full transformation with a clear vision: bring this property all the way up, not halfway.

New LVP flooring runs throughout the entire home, giving every room a clean, cohesive foundation. Both bathrooms were gutted and rebuilt as luxury spaces — one anchored by a steam shower with stunning large-format blue cloud tile that stops people mid-sentence, the other centered around a pristine soaking tub with equally beautiful finishes. These bathrooms alone set the property apart.

The kitchen got a full modernization — white cabinetry, stainless appliances, and dramatic black granite countertops that became the signature of the space. We extended that granite into a custom dining table built to match, creating a rare continuity between kitchen and dining that feels intentional and high-end. The living room and bedrooms were refreshed throughout, and new windows were installed across the property. The garage got a new roof and the exterior was cleaned up to match the interior energy.

Once construction wrapped, we stayed involved — consulting on furniture selection, Airbnb setup, listing strategy, and the operational details that separate a good short-term rental from a great one.

The homeowners are now fully booked. That's the goal every time.
